Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Puerto Montt for a Technical Staff position. The Technical Staff member will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, assisting customers, and ensuring effective communication. The role involves daily tasks such as diagnosing technical problems, offering solutions to clients, and maintaining high standards of customer service.Eventually Technical Staff ahould support internal customers, and assist on the field for equipment deployments or supporting. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilitiesAvailability to work on the field when requiredTechnical Support expertise and effective Communication skillsExcellent Customer Service skillsAbility to work independently and in a teamRelevant technical experience related to IT, basic electronics, equipment assembling, software tools like virtualization, ssh, comm, linux are a plusExperience in the aquaculture industry or a related field is beneficial
