This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional who is passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will be providing technical assistance to users, diagnosing issues, and ensuring effective solutions are implemented efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line technical support via phone, email, and chat in English. Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues. Escalate complex problems to the appropriate technical teams when necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions in the internal system. Follow up with users to ensure issues are fully resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. RequirementsFluency in English (C2 level) — written and spoken. Passion for technology and a desire to develop in the IT support field. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
