Technical Support Assistant Specialist (Russian/Chinese-speaking)

Goldwind, a trusted global strategic partner in clean energy, is seeking one Technical Support Specialist for our wind farm operation project in Khromtau, .This candidate will work in Khromtau, Aktobe, Republic of Kazakhstan.Electrical engineering background is mandatory and the candidate must have professional working proficiency in Kazakh, Russian and Chinese languages. ResponsibilitiesIndependently design technical training plan for new engineers and implement training plan together with a cross-funtional team;Serve as a coodinating role for Project Management Office and EPC contractor/Consultant Engineer/Supervision Company/Subcontractor to collect technical and other problems and follow up the resolution process with a cross-funtional team;Work with documentation;Participate in Quality Inspection and Quality Assurance activities;Support Project Manager in project scheduling management and create action plan in addressing any issue.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or above, preferably in electrical/mechanical engineering;Kazakhstan citizens only;Able to work at heights and in confined spaces;Previous working experiences in wind turbine installation or wind farm project management;Previous working experiences in EPC project is desirable;Good documentation skill;A self-motivated learner with high aspiration and discipline.About Our CompanyGoldwind is a trusted global strategic partner in clean energy.
