In this role, you will provide technical and operational support for various systems and platforms, ensuring that services run correctly and efficiently. You will work closely with internal teams and suppliers to quickly resolve issues and maintain optimal service performance.Main Responsibilities• Integration with OEM and VAG group ecosystems• Reduced downtime and improved operational efficiency• Alignment with VAG group standards• Delivery of high-quality Connected Car services.Main Skills• Solid knowledge of VAG systems (especially MBB/ODP)• Experience with OEM-specific systems (Connected Car middleware, Connected Services tools, ServiceNow, BOOM)• Expertise in cloud hosting & infrastructure (Huawei Cloud, AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible)• Experience with ticketing platforms (Service Centre 3, DISS, JIRA, KPM)• Knowledge of security protocols: OAuth, SAML, PKI, TLS, certificate lifecycle management• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools: ELK, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace• Experience in middleware & integration: Kafka, APIs• Identity & Access Management (IDK or equivalent)• DevOps & CI/CD: GitLab CI, Jenkins• IT Service Management and documentation: ServiceNow, Jira, ConfluenceSkills to create the difference• ITIL Certification (v4 preferred) – for key personnel, especially Service Delivery Managers and Support Leads• Experience in supporting mobile and web applications in an OEM/automotive context• Previous exposure to Connected Car service ecosystems• Strong problem-solving and cross-functional collaboration skillsOur benefits• Powerful teams, open and friendly working atmosphere as well as flat hierarchies• Exciting projects at a high technological level• Flexible working hours / WFH (remote)• Further training and development opportunities***By submitting my application, I agree that Quest Global Engineering Services may collect, store and process my data for the purpose of reviewing my application and for up to 750 days thereafter.https://www.questglobal.com/job-applicant-privacy-notice/
