ElHazek Construction is Hiring now Technical Support Engineer -Work location: New Cairo (๐‡๐) ๐‘ฑ๐’๐’ƒ ๐‘ซ๐’†๐’”๐’„๐’“๐’Š๐’‘๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’:-Fulfilment of L1 support SRs with: โ€œAvailability Compliance 98%, -Hit rate Compliance 99.5%, -SLA Compliance 99%โ€-To make L1 support self-sufficient such that only valid SRs are passed to L2 with 90% adherence.-Documentation & DI Record Keeping & Follow DI QMS Procedures & Policies 100% ๐‘น๐’†๐’’๐’–๐’Š๐’“๐’†๐’Ž๐’†๐’๐’•๐’”: - Bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science or engineering, communication major. - From 0 to 3 Years experience in the same position. - Microsoft Technology Associate (MTA), CCNA, ITIL Foundation, MCSA. -If you are interested, please send your C.V to: Careers@ElHazek.Com And Mention (Technical Support Engineer) as a subject.
