Hikvision Hungary is now looking for Technical Support Engineer who is based in Budapest area to join us.What are we doing exactly? The product line ranges from cameras and DVRs to video management software. Our Mission is to explore innovative ways to better perceive and understand the world, to empower vision for decision-makers and practitioners, and work together to enhance safety and advance sustainable development around the world.Responsibilities:Supporting Hikvision customers, dealers and installers onsite or remotely by phone, e-mail and internet with technical questions about our entire product line. Answering incoming calls from customers in need of emergency service.Gathering on detailed information, performing analysis and seeking solution, meanwhile coordinating with corresponding colleagues, department or service providers who will assist the customer.Organize and execute trainings, webinars for customersParticipate in the design of system solutions for small and medium-sized projects.Provides coaching and professional development to team-member in order to enhance their product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.Assist in the feedback and handling of project after-sales problemsParticipate in the design of system solutions for small and medium-sized projects.Proactively scopes the technical solutions needed to address customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm.Your Profile:Degree in Engineering, Computer science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Systems or experience from the Security field. Positive personality characteristics, willing to help people. Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle peak volumes of work. Good communication and customer service skills and awareness.Ability to maintain a positive company image and brand. Organized, detail-oriented and accurate.Well-developed written and verbal communication in English. Ability to conduct well-organized training sessions and convey technical information clearly at all levels. Ability to effectively utilize resources to solve issues and create solutions for customer and partner’s needs and problems. Ability to project a strong leadership image and foster a cooperative working relationship with management and colleagues. Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
