Handle customer complaints efficiently and accurately, by remote instruction or onsite trouble shooting3. Help customers on product installation and operation4. Design product brochures, operation manual manuals and videos5. Other work assigned by the leadershipJob Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred2. After-sales or technical support experience, familiar with PV energy storage systems, lithium battery, UPS. Excellent graduates are welcomed3. Proficiency in written and spoken English and French4.
