This position combines hands-on technical support (≈70%) and sales assistance (≈30%), ensuring customers and partners can achieve success with Mech-Mind’s solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide on-site technical support, installation, debugging, testing, and training for distributors and customers in Turkey, ensuring they can independently handle system integration and problem-solving.Assist sales activities such as customer visits, technical presentations, documentation preparation, and market information collection.Collaborate closely with sales and solutions engineering teams to align technical and business needs throughout the sales cycle.Conduct feasibility studies, participate in technical demonstrations, and provide timely technical feedback for continuous product improvement.Support sales in developing proposals, specifications, and contract negotiations with technical insights.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in engineering (automation, mechatronics, robotics, or related fields).3+ years of experience in industrial automation, robotics, or technical support engineering.Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, with hands-on experience in system integration or robotic applications preferred.Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills; ability to train and guide distributors effectively.Market awareness and willingness to assist sales development in the local region.Fluent in English and Turkish; Chinese is a plus.Willingness to travel frequently within Turkey.What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonus.Opportunity to work with cutting-edge 3D vision and AI automation technologies.Professional growth and cross-regional collaboration opportunities.International and dynamic working environment.Join us to bring intelligence and innovation to industrial automation!
