QUALIFICATIONSUniversity degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering,Minimum 3 years experience of general after sales process of Construction / Earth Moving Equipment such as technical support, warranty management, service,Excellent command of written and spoken English ( German would be an asset )Proficiency in MS Office applications SAP,No restriction in travelling,Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills,Teamwork oriented,Completed military obligation for male candidates,Able to live in İstanbul European Side.JOB DESCRIPTIONProviding technical support for customers, dealers, sales and service team and group companies for all Construction / Earth Moving Equipment,Supporting to technical trainings process,Supporting retrofit actions,Supporting trouble shooting process,Reporting field feedbacks,Warrantly management - answer warrantly claims that comes from customers and dealers; follow up claim procedures between suppliers,Entering datas of all technical information by using SAP system,Supporting customers, dealers, sales and service team about new products,
