Requirements Description and Requirements Role & ResponsibilitiesWorks with customers to identify service-related needs and offers the most appropriate solutions while providing world-class customer serviceDiagnoses and resolves basic network and modem functionality issues, including landline troubleshootingWalks customers through common phone hardware and software configurations to maximize service functionalityProvides solutions and resolution resources for customer repair problemsInterfaces with customers over the phone providing status updates and ensuring service has been restoredEscalates appropriate technical issues to upper-level technical support when neededAdditional Job DescriptionPreferred Candidate Profile 0-5 years of experience in International Technical Support (Voice) . Excellent communication skillsHave worked on ISP, Internet & WiFi Related, Router & Modem Connectivity IssuesShould be comfortable working in 24*7 Working EnvironmentGraduation not requiredRotational shifts & Rotational week offsExclusions: Undergraduate Fresher are not eligible/Graduate freshers with Non Technical education are not eligible.Perks And Benefits Salary ranges from 3.2 LPA to 4.99 LPA.
