Technical Support Intern - NL

Job Description

Your mission Responsible for providing technical support and services in NL, offering improvement suggestions to customers/business teams, and resolving product and technical issues in a timely manner. Follow up on business opportunities, support pre-sales project implementation, and collaborate with the local team to achieve KPIs. Conduct product training, identify customer needs and pain points, and assist sales teams in delivering training to distributors. Manage product-related matters by coordinating with internal departments to release regional products and related documentation.Your profile Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields; Strong communication, coordination, and stress-resistance skills. Fluent in English, especially writing and speaking.
