Technical Support Representative The role can be based in any of the following locations in Europe:Trondheim - Norway, Sofia- Bulgaria or Sussex - UKRole Overview:We are seeking a versatile and proactive Technical Service Representative who will assist our sales team in onboarding customers and providing implementation and operational support for our products from the office or in the field. The focus from the start will be IMDEX drill hole survey-, drill rig alignment- and core orientation products (including relevant controller applications and software programs), but this may be expanded in the future.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer onboardingOnboard new customers into the required IMDEX systemsCoordinate and plan product training and implementation with Technical Sales Representative (TSR), Logistics and other internal stakeholders in IMDEXField ImplementationProvide product and software training to customersAssist with demonstrations/product trialsProvide product implementation support to new and existing customersCustomer & Sales SupportProvide remote and onsite customer support as neededPerform basic equipment testing and troubleshooting of products and SWWork with TSR to provide regular follow up of customers as required to ensure they are able to utilize their IMDEX products in the most efficient waySupport sales efforts and seek sales opportunities when interacting with customersRequirements & QualificationsMinimum 2 years of experience in sales, sales support or technical roleStrong organizational skills with attention to detail and time managementGood interpersonal and communication skills across all levels, with demonstrated customer centered approachSelf-starter with the ability to work both independently and within a teamHigh proficiency in Microsoft OfficeCapable of learning IMDEX survey- and associated SW products to an advanced level and comfortable in training others in their useComfortable with hands-on tasks in the field as well as office workComfortable, able and interested in frequent travels within EuropeFluency in English (written and spoken); additional regional languages are a plusAbout IMDEXAt IMDEX, we create technology that efficiently and sustainably unlocks the Earth’s value.
