The Technical Support Representative will provide exceptional customer support and technical assistance to clients, ensuring prompt resolution of issues. The role involves troubleshooting technical problems, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving issues, escalating complex cases when necessary, and documenting interactions for accuracy and process improvement.QualificationsB2 English Level required Expertise in Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction to deliver outstanding service experiencesProficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficientlyStrong Analytical Skills to assess complex problems and identify actionable solutionsExcellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiencesAdaptability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environmentPrior experience in a technical or customer support role is a plusBachelor’s degree required
