The professional services provided by Sankyu are certified by global recognition and licensed bodies.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support position located in Bandar Baru Bangi. The Technical Support role will involve tasks such as providing technical assistance, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient support through phone or on-site support during weekdays and weekends. The candidate also will be responsible to travel to client's site for conducting training regarding Sankyu's products.QualificationsTechnical Support and Troubleshooting skillsExperience working in Customer Service is preferableAbility to prioritize customer satisfactionExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel and conduct trainingExperience in the Gold & Jewelry Industry is a plus
