Job Description
We are seeking a qualified and experienced IT Support Technician to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring stable and secure network operations across multiple locations within the Kingdom.Key Responsibilities:Provide maintenance and troubleshooting for printers, scanners, desktop, and laptop computers.Perform network cabling, installation, and setup of internal network points.Conduct regular field visits to various branches — a minimum of three trips per month.Support users with technical issues and ensure minimal downtime of IT systems.Ensure all IT equipment and network installations comply with internal standards and security protocols.Qualifications and Requirements:Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent qualification.Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience in IT maintenance and support.Good command of English (spoken and written).Holds valid technical certifications such as A+, CCNA, or MCSA.Medically fit and capable of performing physically demanding field tasks.Holds a valid Saudi driver’s license.Willing to travel frequently between cities within the Kingdom.
