Among other actions, we support our contractors who are called to the military service, as well as care about our colleagues’ mental health by implementing different activities.If you are looking for stability in your future, we are the right place for you.About The RoleWe are looking for a Customer Support Consultant to join our enthusiastic and multicultural team, who will share our enthusiasm for solving problems and building good relationships with our reselling partners and end-users around the world.Your Key Responsibilities Will Be ToProvide efficient technical support on 3Shape software (Design Services solution) via online sessions, telephone, e-mails and occasional on-site eventsHandling support cases: collect all relevant information from customers, according to company's procedures and record this using company's CRMInteract with other departments and escalate customers feedback furtherTo Succeed In This Position, You Will Need ToPrevious experience in support functionCustomer oriented approachGood communicator with ability to ask and listenGood verbal and writing skills at upper-intermediate level in EnglishProblem-solving and logical thinking skillsResult oriented and stress resistantAspiration to self-development and eager to learnAnalytical, multitasking and empathetic skillsUser-level knowledge on CRM systems (is a plus)A relevant IT education is an advantage.What We Offer39 hours of cooperation per week within a flexible time frame24 business days of annual leavesMedical insurance (with additional Dentistry Budget and 10 massaging sessions per year included)Possibility of flexible remote cooperationGood working conditions in a comfortable office near National Technical University “KPI” which includes: Blackout ready infrastructure.
