On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Technical Systems Analyst (Incident Management) – Level 2 Support for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.Technical Systems Analyst (Incident Management) – Level 2 Support - Job Description:The project involves incident management and escalation within the Global Messaging Services unit, working closely with Level 1 support and escalating issues to relevant development teams. The role requires managing incidents related to SharePoint, Office, RightFax, and other enterprise infrastructures.Technical Systems Analyst (Incident Management) – Level 2 Support - Responsibilities:• Collaborate with TSS Level 1 to manage and escalate incidents• Work with DSS and DEV teams for issue resolution• Handle incidents involving SharePoint, Office, RightFax, and email infrastructure• Provide support and maintain enterprise archiving infrastructureTechnical Systems Analyst (Incident Management) – Level 2 Support - Mandatory Skills:• University or College Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience• Knowledge of incident management• Experience with Electronic Faxing Products such as RightFax• Proficiency in SharePoint 2013/2019/Online• Expertise in Microsoft Office 2013/2016, Microsoft 365 Apps• Strong written and oral communication skills• Excellent organizational and time management skillsTechnical Systems Analyst (Incident Management) – Level 2 Support – Nice-to-Have Skills:• Certification in an IT area• Understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodology• Understanding of Agile methodology• Exposure to ServiceNow• Experience in Knowledge Base Article creation/maintenanceTechnical Systems Analyst (Incident Management) – Level 2 Support – Assignment Length:This is a 12-month contract position.Technical Systems Analyst (Incident Management) – Level 2 Support - Start Date:ASAP.Technical Systems Analyst (Incident Management) – Level 2 Support - Assignment Location:Toronto, Ontario, Canada; Hybrid, 4 days a week in the office.
