Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious graduate to join our Technical Support team through the Tamheer program. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to employees and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and networks. This opportunity offers valuable hands-on experience in troubleshooting and delivering effective solutions to ensure smooth daily operations. Key Responsibilities:Respond to technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to computers, printers, software, and networks.Install and configure operating systems, applications, and tools on employee devices.Provide first-level support and guide users on proper use of equipment and software.Assist in managing user accounts and access permissions.Document issues and solutions in the technical support knowledge base. Qualifications & Requirements:Diploma in Technical Support (secondary level).Registered in the Tamheer program.Good knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems (e.g., Windows).Ability to diagnose technical problems and provide practical solutions.Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.Patience and a customer-focused mindset.
