Position:- L2 Technical SupportLocation:- Bielsko Biala, PolandType:- On-SiteDuration-: 6 MonthsIf you are looking for an amazing opportunity with a well-known company with a great reputation like no other, please apply!!!  L2 Technical Support – Break/Fix, Imaging, and Vendor CoordinationResponsibilities:Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripheralsRe-image devices and reinstall/configure applications as neededTroubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise applicationsCoordinate with third-party vendors for escalations and hardware replacementsDocument issues and resolutions in the IT service management system (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.)Requirements:5+ Years of experience in L1/L2 IT supportStrong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and OS issuesExperience in an enterprise IT environmentPreferred certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation
