About UsR&L Co., Ltd. is an EPC company specializing in the engineering, procurement, and construction of large-scale solar power plants across Japan.As Japan faces a growing shortage of technical and professional talent, we are strengthening our recruitment team to secure the technical talents who will support our company’s sustainable growth.We are looking for a proactive recruitment specialist who can drive end-to-end recruitment processes and help shape the company’s future.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Tokyo. The Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full life cycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. This role involves collaborating with internal hiring team-members to understand technical requirements, conducting recruitment, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new hires.QualificationsTechnical Recruiting, Practical Recruitment skillsInterviewing experience and skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesPrevious experience in the solar energy or renewable fields is a plusBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related fieldKey ResponsibilitiesCreate and post job descriptions across various platformsSource and attract candidates using job boards, SNS, and direct sourcing toolsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with recruitment agenciesSchedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managersConduct interviews and manage candidate pipelinesFacilitate onboarding coordinationContinuously improve recruitment operations and efficiencyProvide supports to team-membersRequirementsMust-have:Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience (in-house or agency)Strong communication and coordination skills in Japanese (native level)Experience managing end-to-end hiring processesNice-to-have:Business-level English (bilingual candidates highly welcome)Knowledge or experience in renewable energy or construction industriesExperience in employer branding or recruitment marketingWorking ConditionsWork hours: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, National Holidays, Summer holidays, Year-end holidays, Paid leaveWork location: Tokyo Office (Nihonbashi Hakozaki, Chuo-ku)Salary to be negotiated based on experience.What We OfferOpportunity to build and scale a growing recruitment function from the ground upA diverse and global work environment with both Japanese and international professionalsCareer growth opportunities in the renewable energy industry
