Join our dynamic team and take the lead in shaping the future of electronic product innovation!We’re seeking a strategic and experienced leader to drive the full lifecycle of electronics product design, ensuring innovation, quality, and cost efficiency.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES➢ Align product requirements with global Product Groups, Strategic Intelligence, and Engineering leadership.➢ Build and lead high-performing design teams.➢ Plan and manage budgets and investments for design activities.➢ Drive design execution in line with company standards and QCD objectives➢ Lead cross-functional design reviews and approve final implementations➢ Own and track the Design & Development plan and milestones➢ Report progress and performance to senior management➢ Ensure design-for-manufacturing through collaboration with process engineering and tooling teams➢ Analyze and refine product requirements, delivering clear documentation➢ Identify and evaluate technical solution alternatives➢ Estimate design effort, resource needs, and associated costs➢ Present technical strategies and solutions to internal management➢ Coordinate supplier quotes for products and servicesQUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field.• Minimum 6 years of experience in electronics product design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.• Strong analytical and documentation skills• Experience with cost estimation and supplier interaction• Excellent communication and presentation abilities• Strong understanding of automotive design standards, manufacturing processes, and cost optimization• Proven leadership in managing cross-functional engineering teams• Experience with low voltage electronics in automotive environmental• Proficient in English.
