Core Network Solutions, part of Ericsson Cloud Common & Solutions Development Unit (PDU CLCS), is now looking for an ambitious and creative Technical Test Coordinator (TTC) with telecom business experience, wanting to further learn and grow together with us.As TTC, you will work in 5GC E2E Quality Assurance(QA) Program.The QA program is responsible for quality assurance of 5GC (CNFs) and cloud products (CNIS) via performing network-level integration and verification (E2E test).You will work closely with a larger team whose members are based in other regions of Sweden and abroad.Our office is located in the scenic and vibrant Lindholmen area in the central parts of Gothenburg, just on the shore of the Göta Älv river.What you will do: Ensure the proper quality assurance with effective test scope and efficient test policies Be accountable for the “test quality” and be owner of "test scope", by reviewing test analysis and release need as well as coordinating test activities both inside and outside the respective Program setup Collaborate with different parties (e.g. requirements/system manager, product development, QA teams) and other stakeholders to achieve the best product quality Be part of the Solutions TTC community, developing, improving, communicating and supporting deployment of the solution-level test strategy Drive changes in the test method, test management and test process/wow during the transformation to automate and adopt AIThe Skills You Bring: Love testing and have a strong belief in the importance of quality assurance Have the focus and ambition to understand customer needs and can transfer that to practical work and improvements Have the talent to see the big picture, challenge current methods, and define the future and vision of how we test our product Be used to take the lead in discussions regarding scope, activities and strategies related to test Want to continuously develop your knowledge through experience as well as learning, collaboration, and sharing knowledge with others Feel natural about mentoring teams on how to achieve the vital needs Have a passion to continuously improve the test way of workingQualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field Proven expertise in 5G Core products and functions, network architecture Strong knowledge of Cloud Native Architecture, including microservices and containerization technologies Excellent problem-solving abilities, ensuring data-driven decisions and navigation through complex technical challenges.
