Taleo's success depends on the talent of its employees, therefore we are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Tester:Design, prepare, and execute functional and technical test cases for instant payment solutions.Validate end-to-end payment flows, ensuring compliance with EBA Clearing, SEPA Instant Credit Transfer (SCT Inst), and other European payment standards.Perform integration, regression, and UAT testing across multiple payment channels and systems.Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution with development and business teams.Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and operations teams to ensure technical quality and functional accuracy.Support automation testing and contribute to continuous improvement of the testing framework.Produce comprehensive test reports, KPIs, and documentation to support go-live readiness and audit requirements.How do we imagine our future Technical Tester?Minimum 3–5 years of experience in software or system testing, preferably in payments, fintech, or banking.Proven knowledge of instant payment schemes, SEPA SCT Inst, or EBA CLEARING/WERO standards.Hands-on experience with testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter, SoapUI, Selenium, Jira, Confluence).Understanding of API testing, message formats (ISO 20022 XML, SWIFT MT/MX), and system integration.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.Fluency in French and English.We hire great people and give them the playing field to become awesome!Rather than a diploma or extensive experience, it’s your state of mind that will allow you to reach your potential and meet the target with Taleo!Why should you join us?
