Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Dammam for a Technical Trainer at Black Gold Training Institute - معهد الذهب الأسود للتدريب. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering technical training programs to individuals or groups, preparing training materials, and ensuring trainees understand technical concepts. Additional responsibilities include assessing training needs, evaluating the effectiveness of training programs, and providing constructive feedback to participants to enhance their skills. Qualifications Proficiency in Technical Training and expertise as a Technical Trainer from TVTC.Strong skills in Training and Development, with the ability to design and deliver engaging programsExcellent Communication skills, including presenting and articulating technical information clearlyPrior experience or knowledge of effective training practices and techniquesStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesFamiliarity with instructional design principles and technologies is a plusBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
