Technical Trainer for cattle fatening and cat fish cultivation

Our approach is guided by principles of good governance, empowerment, gender equity, and inclusivity, aiming to achieve financial and organizational sustainability for our clients.Role DescriptionThis is a contract based on site located in Pangkatan Subdistrict, Labuhanbatu, North Sumatera, for two Consultants at Catur Adhimukti. The Consultants will be responsible for facilitating in developing:• business plan of 6 farmer groups on cattle fatening (1 consultant) and 2 farmer groups on catfish farming (1 consultant);• production of quality feed products and derivative products• coach the groups in running their farm business.Qualifications• Education/training: Bachelor of Animal Husbandry (for cattle fatening) and Bachelor of Fisheries (for catfish cultivation)• Language: English (mid-level), Local languages will be an advantage• General professional experience : 2 years of professional experience in the community development sector, 2 years of professional experience in the government facilitator sector• Specific professional experience: 2 years of professional experience in coaching farmer groups• Regional experience : 2 years of experience in North Sumatera (region),• Based in Labuhanbatu, North Sumatera• Have a motorbike and driving license C.Soft skills: Team skills, Initiative, Communication skills, Socio-cultural skills, Efficient, partner-and-client-focused working methods, Interdisciplinary thinkingContract Term: December 2025 until December 2026.
