Technical Trainer

My client, a global consulting firm, is looking for experienced Technical Training Facilitators to deliver ILT sessions and some vILT sessions for an Oracle (CC&B and C2M) implementation for a large organization in the utility industry. This is a full time 1099 contract. The majority of in person training sessions are for a full day, up to 4 days per week, 3 weeks out of the month on average. All travel expenses to be reimbursed.Job Requirements3+ years' experience in delivering in person technical/system based training (virtual experience strongly preferred as well)Must have experience delivering training for utilities clients (if not, must have extensive experience delivering training for Telecom or Internet Service Providers)Strong preference for candidates based in Georgia, Alabama and Mississippi (open to candidates in South Carolina, Florida, Louisiana, and Tennessee as well)Strong preference for candidates with experience training Oracle CC&B, Oracle MDM, Oracle C2M, or Oracle Service CloudExtensive experience in delivering training both virtually and in personAvailability & Ability to Travel for Heavy In-Person DeliveryAbility to thrive in a fast paced environmentMust be highly flexible and adaptable Must be able to work well and collaborate with othersMust have strong written and verbal communication skillsBA/BS in Education or related field and equivalent experience in facilitation of learning is desiredTimeline: February 2, 2026-September 30, 2026Location: Extensive travel throughout United StatesSchedule: 40 hours/ full-time; In-Person Delivery- 4 full day training sessions per week, 3 weeks out of the month on averageTarget Rate: $67/hr as 1099 Other: Background check and drug screen is required.
