As Technical Transfer Lead you will be responsible for technology transfer activities at site level (within, inbound and outbound), including any scale-up or other process adaptations.
You will lead technical transfer project team at site and liaises efficiently with involved functions (e. g. Technical Development, Supply Chain, Production Unit, Quality Control, HSE, other sites. ), in accordance with the law, internal regulations, good practices and business objectives. Join us as a Founder of our ‘new’ Sandoz and Lek!Your Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of the product transfer project plan and stewardship of the implementation of the product technology transfer. Ensuring that all relevant technical information and documentation is available for transfer/validation. Defining the pre-validation/validation strategy, including process, cleaning, packaging and supporting studies (e. g.
cleaned/uncleaned equipment status time). Coordinating technical, registration and validation batches on site. Supporting the Validation Manager/Validation Specialist in the preparation of the validation protocol and report. Acting as single point of contact at the site for product/technology transfers. Providing input to overall project strategy and plans, including timelines. Establishing and managing the site project team prioritizes projects and project team meetings, coordinates project team activities, ensures compliance with Sandoz and GMP guidelines. Contributing to inspection preparedness (pre-registration inspections). Ensuring site readiness for campaign launch. Contributing to process improvements and optimization of product transfers.
What You Will Bring To The RoleBachelor's degree in pharmacy or chemistry, pharmaceutical technology or other relevant science. A Master's degree in the above fields is desirable. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing. Fluency in Slovenian or Serbo-Croatian, and a good command of English. Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
