With a mission to redefine digital transformation, we combine sovereign capabilities with scalable, high-performance compute infrastructure, positioning itself at the forefront of AI innovation in the Middle East and beyond.The opportunityThe Technical Content Writer creates and localizes (Arabic and English) high-quality documentation, user guides, awareness materials, FAQs, brochures, and runbooks and manages a structured, version-controlled repository to ensure accuracy, cultural fit, and consistent terminology.ResponsibilitiesContent Creation: Write, edit, and translate technical documents, including awareness material, user manuals, guides, FAQs, and technical blogs, from English to Arabic and vice versa.Develop high-quality content for IT solutions, software, infrastructure technologies, and enterprise tools. Research & CollaborationCollaborate with technical teams and product managers to gather insights and ensure content accuracy.Stay updated on IT trends and technologies to maintain the relevance of the content. Content Localization/ArabizationAdapt content to suit Arabic-speaking markets, considering cultural and linguistic nuances.Ensure the writing tone and style are consistent with the corporate communications branding guidelines in both languages. Documentation ManagementMaintain a repository of all technical documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and accessible.Implement feedback from internal teams to refine and enhance content.
