You will be responsible for creating compelling and technically accurate content that educates, informs, and inspires our users and the wider community.At Dash0, we value clear communication and the impact of well-crafted content. Your work will be vital in supporting our mission to make observability easy.Duties And ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain a wide range of content formats: technical guides, tutorials, use cases, blog posts, and whitepapersCollaborate closely with the marketing & product team to help identify relevant topics and craft authentic, value-driven contentStay up-to-date on trends and innovations across cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, OpenTelemetry, metrics, tracing, logging, APM, security, and automationBreak down complex technical concepts into clear, accurate, and engaging content for various audiences (from beginners to experts)Apply SEO best practices and ensure consistency and technical accuracy in your workContribute high-quality content to our documentation hubs, knowledge bases, or developer portalsWhat You BringYou're a skilled and enthusiastic technical writer with a strong understanding of complex technical concepts and an ability to translate them into accessible content. You have:2+ years of experience in technical writing or content creation for a B2B SaaS company, preferably in the cloud-native, observability, or developer tools space. A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to explain complex technical topics clearly and engagingly. Some experience in writing about complex technical topics such as cloud infrastructure, DevOps, SRE, OpenTelemetry, metrics, tracing, logging, APM, security, and automation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
