Technical Writer

HTML Conversion:Collaborate with SMEs to convert existing documents and SOPs into HTML format.Ensure content integrity and accuracy during the conversion process.Push converted HTML documents into the BluePrint Platform for end-user access.Engineering Change Notification(ECN) Support:Assist in the preparation and distribution of ECNs as requested.Track and document the implementation of engineering changes.Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.Additional Responsibilities:Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance SOP efficiency and effectiveness.Provide training and support to team members on SOPs and related tools.Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.Deliverables:HTML ConversionEngineering Change Notification (ECN) supportAny other BluePrint PM SOPs SupportQualifications and Requirements:At least a Diploma holder; however, a degree holder is preferred. A degree holder with basic HTML5 writing experience, proficiency in written and spoken English, and a basic level of written Traditional Chinese/Japanese will be preferred but not compulsory (the holder must handle translated content).Experience Level Requirements:Fresh Grad to 5 years of experience onlyExperience Level Requirements:Fresh Grad and above
