In this role, you will support store operations teams by translating complex information into clear, action-ready documentation that ensures every store has the guidance it needs to operate effectively. Your work will help maintain consistency, reduce errors, and keep nationwide operations running smoothly.You will collaborate with submitters, SMEs, and key stakeholders across a large and dynamic organization. This is a great opportunity to sharpen your communication and editing expertise while contributing to processes that directly support store success across Canada.Your ResponsibilitiesWork closely with store operations teams to transform complex, technical information into clear, action-focused bulletins and documentation.Edit technical and operational documents used by retail dealers and stores.Partner with content submitters to maintain factual consistency.Ensure all documentation aligns with the Operational Communications Style Guide.Adhere to schedules and collaborate with stakeholders to meet quality standards and deadlines.Participate in special projects that enhance communication processes or operational clarity.Manage high-volume communication demands while maintaining consistency and qualitySkills and Qualifications1 to 3 years of experience translating complex or technical concepts into clear, actionable communications.A diploma or degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or equivalent work experience.Proven ability to research, write, and edit effective documentation in a business environment.Comfortable working with technical and digital communication channels.Exceptional writing, editing, proofreading, and formatting skills with strong attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Understanding of store operations within large retail environments is an asset.Nice to have: Exposure to AI tools or interest in leveraging AI for communication workflowsExperience with Zipline – Retail Operations SoftwareExperience with newsletters, executive email writing, video scripts, or instructional guides is an assetWhy Partner with AltisIf you’ve never worked with a staffing agency before, we make it easy.
