Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Writer & Instructional Designer, located in Sydney, NSW. The individual will be responsible for on-site interviewing of Subject Matter Experts, developing Process Picture Maps (a proprietary form of SOP), creating detailed technical videos, assessments and matrixes which structure learning, and implementing these tools to help improve process performance. In this role, the Technical Writer/Instructional Designer is responsible for the creation and roll-out of documents from end-to-end. QualificationsExperience in Manufacturing, Technical Communication, and/or video editingAbility to translate complex processes into concise, visual, and user-friendly formats. Strong attention to detail and proficiency in developing user-focused instructional materialsExcellent collaboration and communication abilities
