Our mission is to empower armed forces with reliable, innovative, and field-proven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and safety.About the RoleWe are looking for a focused and detail-oriented Technical Writer to maintain current process of technical documentation handling and seek for its continuous improvement. In this role, you will directly contribute to all our products documentation. Create, improve, expand and lead all the technical documentation inside the Product team. Partner closely with colleagues from Engineering, IT, Marketing, Manufacturing, other departmentsKey Responsibilities:Manage, supervise and lead all technical documentation within the company products.Create written documentation on company's products, various formats and environments (user manual, quick start guide, datasheet etc.)Communicate and collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Quality assurance and other technical teams to understand the product and its features.Keep the communication clear and timely according to set timelines.Manage various and multiple projects simultaneously while keeping the content quality high.Maintain accurate data and provide insights of on-going progress.Suggest possible improvements for writing processes and documentation strategies.What We Expect:Solid and proven experience (3 + years) in Technical Writer or similar role.Strong background in Engineering, IT, Manufacturing or Product roles.Knowledge of SEO basics and experience of creating optimized content that meets the needs of both search engines and readers.Experience working closely with other internal teams.Strong accountability, time management and multitasking skills.Excellent communication skills.Eager to learn new skills and deepen current knowledge.Fluency in English (written and spoken)Experience with military field will be a bonus.What We Offer:Unique opportunity to join a high growth company in the scaling stage.Opportunity to help Ukraine win.Flexible work hours and hybrid work.Frequent team-building events, free parking, pet-friendly office and private health insurance after the probation period, and of course the best and supporting team.Result based bonuses.Salary ranges from 3500 Eur (gross) to 4200 Eur (gross).
