Role Description This is an on-site, part-time role for a Technician - Backfill, located in Linz. The Technician will be responsible for performing tasks such as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and handling hardware and software installations or repairs. The Technician will provide timely support for IT-related operations, monitor system performance, and assist in maintaining the overall functionality of the IT infrastructure. Additional responsibilities may include collaborating with a team to implement updates or system improvements as required. Qualifications Proficiency in IT hardware and software troubleshooting, installations, and maintenance.Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including network systems and system monitoring techniques.Experience with operational IT support and resolving on-site technical issues efficiently.Strong communication skills and the ability to provide clear technical explanations to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced on-site environment.Relevant certifications in IT, technical support, or related field are beneficial.A background in IT-related services or a relevant degree is preferred.
