Your roleYour mission as a Field Service Engineer is to provide expert repair and maintenance services for our technology solutions, ensuring unmatched customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of safety. With your technical expertise and customer focus, you will help keep industries in Bulgaria running smoothly by maximizing equipment performance and reliability.You willReport to the National Service Manager.Conduct planned and ad hoc visits to inspect, service, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment.Diagnose issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.Perform installations, ensure safety compliance, and accurately document activities.Act as the on-site contact for customers, providing service recommendations and addressing their needs promptly.Collaborate with colleagues in planning, spare parts coordination, and remote technical support.To succeed, you will needWe encourage you to apply even if you don't meet every single requirement.
