Short Description (Role Purpose)A Technician Level 1 is expected to perform all maintenance and repairs to the required manufactures standards.Job Accountabilities & Activities Independently carry out repairs, calibrations and troubleshooting on equipment. Where required assist and support other team members to complete their assigned tasks. Diagnose, analyses and rectify all types of faults, using manufactures information. Maintain required levels of Utilization, Productivity and Efficiency. In line with Manufacturers standard times. Ensure company/manufactures policies and procedures followed. Maintain the highest level of professional standards when discussing work with customers, suppliers and colleagues. Provide technical advice to customers and colleagues. Comply with Health and Safety regulations and safe working practices. Maintain a thorough and up to date knowledge of products and attend training courses.Education & CertificationsHigh school educationHeavy vehicle technician or equivalent manufactures qualificationRequired Years Of ExperienceOver 8 years’ work experience repairing and maintaining heavy vehicles or equipment
