The Technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and installing plumbing, heating, and HVAC systems in residential properties. Daily tasks include troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and executing service calls efficiently and professionally. The role also requires clear communication with clients to explain findings and solutions, ensuring a positive customer experience. Qualifications Hands-on skills in plumbing, heating, and HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairsProblem-solving abilities with experience in diagnostics and troubleshooting equipmentCustomer service and communication skills, with a focus on professionalism and clarityAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manualsKnowledge of workplace safety guidelines and standardsCertification as a plumber, HVAC technician, or related field is preferredValid driver's license and clean driving recordCapability to work independently and in various weather conditions
