Job Title: Technician - SAS Sulaymaniyah Location: Sulaymaniyah About the Job:The Technician plays a vital role in maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure they operate safely and efficiently. This role involves diagnosing automotive problems, performing repairs, and conducting routine maintenance tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards.Main Duties & Responsibilities:Execute maintenance and repair tasks accurately and promptly, following manufacturers’ manuals, checklists, and SOPs.Ensure all tasks are completed within specified timeframes and inform the supervisor if extra time is required.Adhere to safety regulations and report unsafe conditions to the supervisor in writing.Maintain all workshop tools and equipment in proper condition and return them after use.Keep the workshop area clean and organized at all times.Close completed job cards and request new ones from the supervisor (except at the end of the shift).Record all service and repair activities by completing forms, reports, logs, and records accurately.Diagnose mechanical issues using manual methods or computerized diagnostic tools.Communicate with customers about work performed, vehicle condition, and future repair needs.Conduct fault diagnosis to support efficient vehicle servicing.Ensure serviced vehicles are returned to customers clean and in good order.Perform any other related duties as assigned by the supervisorRequired Qualifications:BSc. or Diploma in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering. Minimum 3 years of experience in Automotive repairs.Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is required.Accuracy and Attention to Details.
