Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technician role located in Simpang Empat. The Technician will be involved in daily tasks such as inspecting, assembling, testing, and maintaining semiconductor-related equipment and machinery. The role will also include troubleshooting issues, performing regular maintenance, and collaborating with the team to ensure equipment meets performance requirements and operational efficiency. Documentation and reporting of procedures and results will be essential. Qualifications Technical skills in equipment testing, assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.Familiarity with semiconductor industry processes is highly preferred.Experience in using tools and machinery relevant to equipment manufacturing and repair.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for identifying and resolving technical issues.Good communication skills for collaboration with team members and documentation of technical processes.Ability to work effectively in on-site environments and perform physically demanding tasks as necessary.An engineering diploma or certifications in electronics, mechanical, or related fields are preferred.
