Job PurposeEnsure the efficient flow of the production operations through scheduling, planning and monitoring of operationsJob DescriptionReleases orders into production per Production Schedule or as requestedCommunicates with the warehouse regarding material releasesPrint drawings, Routing and other related materials to create production order packet for the floor or shipping packet for outside service operationsWorks with the area leader to prioritize work orders and supports monthly and annual WIP physical inventory effortsMonitors WIP, reviews production needs and determines priorities of action needed for unscheduled work.

Assists with developing a schedule to ensure efficient flow of material through their assigned areaAssists with expediting the material movement of critical path materials and updates progress of WIP Production OrdersAssists as required in tracking down missing parts or making par substitutionsYou Are Meant For This Job IfHigh School Diploma or equivalent Technical Diploma3 to 4 years’ experienceAbility to work under pressure while meeting and exceeding customer expectations. PC skills with full knowledge of MS Office Suite – (SAP preferred). Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with others to develop functional solutions to strategic organizational objectives and presents recommendations to functional department leadership. Ability to develop and improve processes, policies and procedures in order to achieve business results that impact direct function.
