Job Description

Your Role: As the first point of contact for technical support, you’ll handle incoming chats, calls, and tickets from employees worldwide. You’ll provide timely, high-quality support while working in a fast-paced environment that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support for Windows, Mac, and Linux systemsTroubleshoot and resolve issues via chat, phone, email, and ticketing systemDocument support interactions thoroughly and accuratelyAssist with AV and teleconferencing systemsEscalate system/network outages to reduce downtimeFollow SOPs and use knowledge management tools effectivelyStay up to date with relevant policies and proceduresWork flexible shifts, including weekends and holidaysBasic Qualifications:2+ years of experience in IT support (helpdesk or desk-side)Experience with Windows, Mac OS, and/or LinuxStrong communication skills with technical and non-technical usersAbility to work independently and in a team
