Job Title: Techno-Functional Consultant – Microsoft Dynamics 365 & Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (CIJ)Location: Birmingham, AL HybridLong Term ContractRole OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journey (CIJ) to support the Marketing team in designing and executing end-to-end Customer Insight Journeys.This role requires hands-on experience across configuration, segmentation, journey orchestration, campaign management, and seamless integration/hand-off to D365 CRM.The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a hybrid onsite model, collaborating closely with the Marketing team and Product Owner.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation of Customer Insights – Journeys (CIJ) solutions.Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Marketing / Customer Insights modules.Design and build advanced customer segmentation strategies.Develop and manage customer journey orchestration workflows.Execute and monitor multi-channel campaign management (email, events, automation, etc.).Ensure smooth integration and data handoff to D365 CRM.Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.Support testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.Provide technical documentation and best practice guidance.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem.Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (CIJ).Experience in:Configuration & customizationCustomer segmentationJourney design & orchestrationCampaign automationKnowledge of D365 CRM integration and data models.Experience working in techno-functional capacity (business + technical collaboration).Strong stakeholder communication skills.Experience working in Agile / PI-based delivery environments.Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 certifications.Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).Knowledge of data management and marketing analytics.Experience working in onsite hybrid delivery models.
