You will commit to personal learning and development by actively seeking opportunities for growth, you will share knowledge and experience with others, and act as a strong brand ambassador, embracing our purpose and values in order to put these into practice in your professional life.During your tenure as a Technology Business Analysis Professional, you will demonstrate and develop your ability to:Engage with stakeholders to define requirements through workshops and meetings. Document business processes, user stories, and functional specifications;Analyze business needs and translate them into clear, actionable specifications;Design business solutions aligned with technical feasibility. Develop wireframes, prototype and acceptance criteria. Lead the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices;Work cross - functionally with UX, Development and QA Teams. Communicate requirements clearly and ensure timely project delivery. Manage client expectations and foster strong client relationships;Create and execute test plans, monitor defects, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Ensure system enhancements meet user needs and business goals;Evaluate implemented solutions for efficiency. Identify opportunities for process optimization and guide ongoing system improvements;Provide ongoing support and training to end - users on new systems and processes;#WinningRequirementsTo qualify for the role, you must have:A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree in Business Administration or IT is a plus;At least 3 years of experience in business analysis within Technology Projects preferably in Financial Services (Banking/Insurance), Energy, or Telecommunications;Strong understanding of business process design, application, and systems (CRM, ERP, RPA, BPM);Familiarity with Business Analysis methods and techniques (Design Thinking, UML, BPMN);Experience with workflow, low - code tools, and bug tracking/test management tools is a plus;Strong problem - solving, analytical, and organizational skills;Experience in Project Management or Project Management Office (PMO) is an advantage.
