Technology Consulting Associate

As a Technology Consulting Associate, you will play a key role in helping organizations improve performance, manage risk, and embrace innovation through technology. You will support a range of consulting engagements across areas such as IT risk and assurance, cybersecurity and data privacy, business process optimization, and digital transformation. This role offers exposure to diverse industries and the opportunity to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities:Assist in evaluating and enhancing technology controls, governance frameworks, and compliance processes.Support the assessment and improvement of business processes through technology-enabled solutions.Contribute to the development of strategies related to cybersecurity, data privacy, and IT risk management.Participate in system reviews, platform assessments, and readiness evaluations for regulatory or operational requirements.Help clients optimize enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM) and align technology initiatives with business goals.Prepare clear and well-documented reports, dashboards, and working papers to communicate findings and recommendations.Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of consulting services.Stay informed on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices relevant to technology consulting.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Internal Audit, Information Technology, or other relevant fields.Strong analytical and communication skills, with attention to detail and professionalism in documentation.Familiarity with IT governance frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT) and basic understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy principles is a plus.Experience or interest in areas such as IT audit, business process improvement, systems implementation, or digital strategy is an advantage.Willingness to travel, work onsite at client locations, and adapt to dynamic project environments.
