You will provide quality service to all customers, especially in assisting our People with their technology software, procurement and asset management along with facilitation of the managed services contract renewals process.As The Technology Coordinator, Key Tasks IncludeSoftware Asset Management and LicensingAssist in software procurement, provisioning, and deprovisioning of software licenses across portals, Active Directory (AD) groups, and asset management toolsEnsure compliance and optimisation of software assets throughout their lifecycle.Software reportingCommercial Contract & Renewal ManagementAssist with the contract renewals process ensuring renewal timelines avoid lapses in service or complianceApplied working knowledge of service-level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and notification periods to support contract governanceProcurement & Financial CoordinationSupport Senior Coordinators in creating and managing purchase orders.Manage invoicing, receipting, and resolution of procurement-related issuesEssentialNgā pūmanawatanga ōu - What you will bringSoftware asset governance and/or software fulfiller experienceExperience with ServiceNow, and/or software asset management toolsFacilitation of contract management process or contract renewalsExperience in Oracle in particular raising purchase orders, invoicing and receiptingOwners Mindset - ability to demonstrate skills and behaviours with a sense of accountability, initiative, and long-term thinkingDesirableEducation & ExperienceTertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Business, Management, or Finance3+ years in a technology coordination role supporting senior leaders and teamsTechnical ProficiencySkilled in Jira for workflow tracking and issue resolutionHigh level of computer literacy in suite of MS tools and applications (especially excel)Attention to Detail & Decision-MakingMaintains high accuracy across procurement, licensing, and contract processesExercises sound judgement and initiative in fast-paced environmentsStakeholder EngagementStrong interpersonal skills with a consultative and partnership-driven approachTrusted to handle sensitive tasks with discretion and professionalismNōu te rourou - What's in it for you?
