Technology & ERP Manager

Job Purpose To lead and manage the organization’s technology infrastructure and ERP systems by ensuring business continuity, system efficiency, security, and alignment with business objectives, while driving digital transformation initiatives.Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy and roadmap.Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cybersecurity systems, and cloud environments.Lead, support, and enhance ERP system functions (Oracle).Plan and execute ERP upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and customizations.Analyze business needs and recommend ERP and automation solutions.Ensure data integrity, backups, security measures, and disaster recovery plans.Manage IT projects and collaborate with business units for system improvements.Oversee IT support operations and ensure timely resolution of user issues.Establish IT policies, procedures, and governance controls.Manage vendor relationships, contracts, licenses, and technology budgets.Monitor and enforce cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards.Train end-users and ensure system adoption and efficiency.Provide periodic reports on IT and ERP performance, risks, budget, and initiatives.Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).5–10 years of experience in IT management, including hands-on ERP experience.Strong experience in:ERP implementation & supportIT infrastructure & network administrationDatabases & SQLInformation security & cybersecurity practicesCloud platforms (AWS/Azure)Project management experience (PMP / ITIL preferred).Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic.
