Our mission is to empower businesses by combining legal expertise with a deep understanding of the technology sector.Role DescriptionWe're looking to onboard a new full-time Technology Lawyer for Ventures'n'Law to match our growing portfolio.What we're looking for:* 1-5 years of experience as a Romanian lawyer* practical experience of working with technology companies and non-tech companies doing digital projects (we'll ask for some names)* practical experience of covering 2 of the following: deals (investments, exits, secondary sales); commercial agreements; IP; privacy (we'll ask for details)* be based in or around Bucharest, Iasi, Cluj-Napoca or Timisoara, and able to travel once a month to Bucharest for team meetings* practical experience of working remotely, being autonomous, and proactive rather than reactiveWhat we're offering:* base salary increasing every 6 months* ability to enter a profit-sharing scheme after 2 years of working together* private medical subscription, professional development budget, access to software tools including AI ones
