Tele Sales Agent – Information Technology Products and Services -printers/notebook/cartridge/laptop/ software ü Should be very fluent in English and to be able to speak to Jamaican prospective customers over the phone. ü Experience required is a minimum of one(1) year as a Telemarketer for Information Technology products to include toners, printers, laptops or doing telemarketing for similar products. ü Applicants with experience in Print Management, Computer Technology or marketing will be given priority. It is imperative that prospective applicants have a strong working knowledge in networking, operating systems, internet and printing peripherals. ü The ideal applicant should have experience working in a call centre who is used to daily targets to make outbound calls and be "fearless" when dealing with all different types of customers. ü This job is ideal for individuals who are a stickler for details, imaginative, an excellent orator in Standard English and possess above average written communication sales. A first degree from a recognized tertiary institution is essential. ü Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role is a definite asset.
