Location: Toronto (Onsite) | Practice Area: Banking & Payments | Type: PermanentDeliver secure, seamless digital identity experiences through innovative technology project delivery.The RoleWe’re seeking a skilled Technology Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a Digital Document Verification workstream within a large-scale Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) program. You’ll manage complex integrations, coordinate vendor solutions, and ensure secure, compliant, and user-centric outcomes for digital identity verification services.What You’ll DoPlan, execute, and manage the digital document verification workstream within a broader CIAM initiative. Coordinate technology delivery across internal teams and third-party vendors to achieve seamless and secure integration. Oversee project scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery. Ensure compliance with privacy, regulatory, and cybersecurity standards. Track progress against key milestones, budgets, and resources using Clarity or similar portfolio management tools. What We’re Looking ForProven experience delivering technology implementation projects within large, regulated enterprises. Strong understanding of identity management, cybersecurity, and digital verification solutions. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across business, technology, and vendor groups. Demonstrated ability to manage complex integrations and coordinate across multiple workstreams. Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Clarity, Jira, MS Project). Bonus Points ForExperience delivering Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) or Digital Identity programs. Familiarity with API integration, cloud-based verification platforms, or vendor onboarding. Prior consulting or banking technology experience. PMP or Agile certification (PMI-ACP, CSM).
