Start date cannot be earlier then: December 1st , 2025)Location: Mississauga, ON (Hybrid – 3 Days/ Week Onsite)We are looking to recruit a Technology Project Manager to ensure the Risk Technology Book of Work is achieved in accordance to Clients and Regulators expectations. You will closely collaborate with developers to support them with changes, updates, strategic planning and reporting.This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a complex and challenging risk technology set of projects delivering client’s target state capabilities. These impact Markets Front Office Technology teams, market risk managers and financial controllers driving the buildout of client’s franchise-critical strategic cross-business platform.Key Responsibilities:Act as project manager for delivery of key business and regulatory projects under Client’s cross-asset risk technology strategy.Scrum Master responsibilities for some of the components involved in the overall platformCollaborate with product owners and scrum masters of other agile teams to create and maintain detail project plans with high level views on milestonesCoordinate on dependencies and facilitate discussion across asset class technology teams and quant teams to resolve outstanding risk and issuesProducing presentations and reports for senior management and regulators alike on progress on key programsAttending workshops, working groups and other relevant meetings with senior technology stakeholders.Knowledge/Experience:Experience in financial technology, preferably in Front Office or Risk for investment banksExperience of working as a Scrum Master approach and responsible for setting up Jira.Ideally have managed complex technology projects for a major investment bankExperience of delivering on projects in geographically diverse, multi-team set-upsTechnology Project Management background to effectively progress on cross asset and cross function projectsIdentify key gaps in project plan and dependencies and ability to organize/facilitate conversation leading to an acceptable conclusionApplying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
